About Sorenson Lighted Controls (SOLICO)

Since its inception in 1965, Sorenson Lighted Controls, Solico has been manufacturing panel mount indicator lights to the North American marketplace. The versatile indicators are available with neon, incandescent, and LED lamps and can be mounted in either a snap or press fit as well as a threaded housing. The sleek designs meet the aesthetics required by the Appliance / Commercial Food Markets yet rugged enough to meet the harsh environments of Marine, Emergency Vehicle, Construction and Agriculture applications.

Solico has added two products to our portfolio in recent years.

• Flexlights: Environmentally friendly, IP rated, UV resistant and easily installed with 3M double back mounting. Available in reels or exact lengths.
• Sealed Buss Bars: USA manufactured Ignition protected compact designed buss bar meets or exceeds ABYC, NMMA and Coast Guard standards. Solico acquired Sealed Buss Bar in April, 2022 and assembly is now in Lakeland, FL.

Solico, a third-generation family-owned business, was founded by Wesley T. Sorenson is now successfully led by his grandchildren. Sales offices are in West Hartford Connecticut, home of the 6X NCAA BB Champs. Indicators are manufactured in our world class manufacturing facility in Tijuana Mexico.
